Nancy Egan has been an artist since childhood, selling her first painting at 15 and winning awards in high school. Her early years she was taught and inspired by her father a Yale graduate artist. Seeking to be a scientific artist she received a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management. Skilled in many dimensions of art she has developed a deep appreciation of impressionist “plein-air” painting reflecting her training with renowned artist M. Obermeyer, R. Roberts and K. Auster. She has taught oil painting classes for the last 9 years and continues to win awards.Landscape and spiritual images are currently her subject of choice. Her art is very personnal; it is her ministry to bring the Divine to the human world, stirring emotions to raise the human world to God. Nancy maintains her studio in San Clemente, California.
