Raised in Norway and emigrating to the U.S. in 1993, Berit did not start out in the beauty industry. She studied Marketing in college and received her MBA from U.C.L.A., heading for a career in consulting. Yet one of her fondest childhood memories was creating makeup designs for herself and her friends for a dance performance of “Cats” in her hometown at 15, and for the Senior Show in high school.
Years later, after experiencing first-hand the planning of her bridal “look”, she made the decision to leave the corporate world to follow the dream of becoming a Makeup Artist. Berit has always had her focus on bridal makeup, and works with about 100 weddings a year. Additionally, her personalized makeup lessons offer a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge on the optimal way to work with one’s own features.
From a very early age I knew I wanted to be a hair designer. I have always had a love for hair and fashion and had to have a career that involved these things. After high school I obtained my bachelors degree and then proceeded to cosmetology school where I quickly found out being a hair designer was my calling. I enjoy all aspects of this industry from cuts to colors, extensions, Kertain complex treatment, even makeup. I have been luck enough to be trained by some of the worlds leading stylists at the Vidal Sasson Academy and continue to educate myself regularly.
I enjoy working on photo shoots when I am not working in the salon (Champions Salon, Lake Forest, CA), as well as creating looks for brides, family photos, and any other special occasion you might have. Weddings are one of my favorite things to do. Having the opportunity to create a brides look for her special day truly is my passion. I would love to help create your look for your the day you will never forget! I am available in the salon or on location.

Molly Tucker
Molly Tucker is an experienced makeup artist who has been in the industry for five years. Her career began at MAC Cosmetics, where she worked for four years, and has progressed to doing editorial photo shoots. She moved to California three years ago from the Midwest to pursue her love for makeup, which is something that she has always been passionate about. Molly is currently working as a freelance artist, and her services include weddings, engagement pictures, boudoir pictures and any other special event. She works on location and is willing to travel to her clients.
Molly is a MAC Pro member and also specializes in the innovative airbrush makeup technique. She was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and enjoys spending her free time at the beach or out dancing with friends. Molly’s favorite thing about being in the makeup industry is being a part of people’s special day and making them feel beautiful on the inside and out!
